Our Limoncello tastes like a sweet and tart liqueur with an intense, fresh lemon flavor, similar to a spiked, concentrated lemon syrup. It has a balance of sweetness and tangy acidity, with a smooth, velvety texture and a bright, zesty finish. The taste is primarily of lemon peel and oils, rather than the sourness of lemon juice.
